Does everyone in my family need to upgrade to KidCall Premium to use the service?

No! If you want to unlock premium features for your children such as adjusting daily call time limits for each of them and an ad-free experience, only the Parental Account which created the child profiles needs to be upgraded to KidCall Premium.

 

Accounts that connect to the Parental Account as Relatives do not need to be upgraded if they only plan to call the child profiles created by the Parental Account. That means Grandparents, Aunts, Uncles, etc. can use KidCall's free version to contact their child relatives that have a KidCall Premium account.

Do I have to add a child profile to create an account?

​

No! When you first set up a KidCall account, when you see the Add Child Profile screen, just press Skip (at the bottom). This way you can use KidCall to call your grandkids, nieces or nephews. Once you create an account, just use the Add Relatives feature to connect to the Parental Account with the child profiles you wish to call (or the Parental Account can add you as a Relative).

How many child profiles can I create with KidCall Free?

How many friends can my child connect to with KidCall Free?

A child profile can connect to as many friends as they would like!

How many relatives can I connect to with KidCall Free?

You can connect to as many relatives as you would like!

What is the minimum iOS version needed for KidCall?

KidCall will only work on Apple iOS 13.6 or later, however, we recommend updating your devices to Apple iOS 15.5 or later to ensure that our newest content will work without issues.

Does KidCall work on Android devices?

Currently, KidCall only operates on Apple iOS devices. However, we are already working on creating an Android version of our app. Please follow us on social media or sign up to our email list to stay informed of our Android release date.
